A reputable and fast-growing pharmaceutical company, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join our finance team and support accurate financial management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities


Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting reports.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in preparing budgets, financial statements, and cash flow reports.
Monitor company expenses and ensure proper cost control.
Maintain accounting ledgers and documentation.
Support audit processes and provide required financial information.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.


Requirements


HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
Knowledge of tax regulations and statutory compliance is an added advantage.
