A fast-growing and reputable pharmaceutical company based in Lagos, is seeking energetic, self-motivated, and result-driven Sales Personnel to join our expanding sales team.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, customer service, and promoting quality pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities


Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Provide accurate product information and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare regular sales reports and feedback to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.


Requirements


OND/HND/BSc in any discipline (Marketing or related field is an advantage).
Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in sales (pharmaceutical experience is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of Lagos routes and market terrain.
Result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Smart, confident, and customer-focused.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
