Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
Previous Motor Industry experience advantageous
Basic Computer skills (Office / Excel and Financial admin system)
Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Possess excellent organisational skills
Keen eye for detail, exceptional administrative abilities
Previous experience operating a switchboard
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
Strong numerical ability and financial interest
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Clear criminal record
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide efficient and effective Reception/switchboard services
Receipting of parts and workshop payments
Capture Creditor Invoices and allocate payments
Creditor recons
Petty cash handling
General departmental administrative support
