Role Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager/Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the Managing Director while overseeing daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Provide executive support to the MD (calendar, meetings, travel, correspondence)
Manage office operations, administration, and vendor relationships
Coordinate internal communication and act as a liaison between the MD and staff
Oversee office budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives
Ensure availability and maintenance of work tools and office resources
Prepare reports, meeting materials, and presentations
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Organize meetings, events, and company logistics
Monitor administrative processes and drive continuous improvement


Requirements


Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
