The Administration and Finance Assistant provides essential support to ensure smooth organizational operations and strong financial management. The role assists with day-to-day administrative tasks, financial record-keeping, documentation, and reporting. This position helps maintain accurate financial data, supports procurement and logistics processes, and ensures compliance with organizational policies. The assistant works closely with the Administration and Finance teams to promote efficiency, accountability, and excellent office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Support in processing financial transactions, including data entry, documentation, and filing.
Assist with preparing and reviewing payment requests and expense reports.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and administrative records.
Provide support in office administration, including inventory management and logistical coordination.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and donor use.
Support procurement documentation and follow-up with vendors.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
Basic knowledge of financial systems and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
