Duties and responsibilities will entail assisting in:
Initiating the development and implementation of administrative policies, procedures, strategies and programs;
Maintaining grounds and buildings of the Centre;
Managing transport services including motor vehicle/cycle insurance, repair, maintenance and inspection;
Coordinating provision of security services and ensure safety of persons, assets and the work-place environment;
Implementing a healthy and conducive work environment; and
Provision of office accommodation, equipment, telephone and office supplies services.
May be deployed as Personal Assistant in the Office of the Managing Director to perform the following duties;
Organizing and maintaining executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments to optimize time and priorities
Arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives, ensuring seamless logistics
Drafting, editing, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, filtering requests and prioritizing urgent matters
Overseeing multiple projects, tracking progress toward milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met
Handling sensitive information with a high level of discretion and maintain confidentiality in all matters
Anticipating executive needs, solving problems proactively, and acting as a trusted advisor or gatekeeper to enhance productivity.
Person Specifications
For appointment to this grade a candidate must have:
Bachelors Degree in Public Administration, Sociology, Business Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
Proficiency in computer applications;

Technical proficiency (Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
