The Role 

Multilocal are looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be someone with 1-2 years' experience in a comparable role or someone looking to start their career within an administrative position. In the role, the successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating global business activities and assisting the team with administrative duties.  

 

Responsibilities 

  • Provide administrative support to colleagues, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. 
  • Assist with document management, data entry, and maintaining accurate company records. 
  • Coordinate in-person meetings, including logistics for our monthly meetups. 
  • Help organize company events, travel arrangements, and team-building activities. 
  • Assist People and Finance teams with onboarding new hires, processing expense reports, and other administrative tasks. 
  • Act as the go-to person for general inquiries and internal communication support. 

Requirements 

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with self-motivation and attention to detail. 
  • A proactive attitude
