We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Intern to support our HR Manager in a fast-paced work environment. This role is perfect for a young professional with strong computer literacy, administrative skills, and interpersonal abilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • HR Coordination: Help with scheduling interviews, onboarding, and training sessions.
  • Employee Correspondence: Handle internal communication via calls, emails, and official notices to employees.
  • Communication: Manage emails, draft correspondence, and liaise with internal teams.
  • Data Management: Maintain HR databases, reports, and confidential employee records.
  • Office Operations: Organise meetings, and support daily HR tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualification: Recent graduate or final-year student in HR, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Administrative Abilities: Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.
  • Work Ethic: A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach to tasks
