We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems and office records.
Handle office supplies and inventory management.
Assist with customer inquiries and general administrative tasks.
Support management and team members as needed.
Receive and direct visitors or external inquiries professionally.
Support logistics and other administrative assignments as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Proven experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace and other technological tools.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
