Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the school's administrative functions while providing support to staff, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to school management and staff
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and school events
Handle front desk duties and attend to visitors, parents, and students
Support admissions and student record management processes
Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage inventory
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
Minimum of 1 - 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role (preferably in an educational setting)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
