Responsibilities
Overseeing daily office operations, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the workspace is clean, organized, and functional.
Serving as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, and coordinating schedules, travel, and meetings for the consulting team.
Handling correspondence, managing documentation, and maintaining databases, files, and reports.
Managing relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts for services, and coordinating repairs for office equipment.
Assisting with recruitment, staff onboarding, and organizing team briefings or training sessions.
Assisting with basic bookkeeping, budgeting, and ensuring accurate expense reporting.
