Minimum requirements:


Grade 12
Post matric qualification in Administration or Secretarial
A minimum of 2years' relevant experience in local government building development
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).


Other Requirements:


Language proficiency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape (English, Xhosa and Afrikaans)
A friendly and calm personality
Sound interpersonal relations
Good verbal communication skills
High level of responsibility and professional and ethical conduct of duties
Advance Communication Skills
Knowledge of National Building Regulations, Municipal Systems Act
Good knowledge of Local government related legislation and policies.
