Minimum Requirements:
Completed recognised Trade Test as Electrician
Qualification in high voltage operations
and construction (switching, phasing, fault finding and safety) Valid ORHVS Certificate
3-5 years post apprenticeship relevant experience (MV, LV, HV in the electricity distribution field of which 2-years in a supervisory role
Valid Code C1 driver's licence with valid PrDP.

First Aid
Ability to handle high voltage pressure testing and cable fault finding equipment
Supervisory skills
Human relations and communication skills
Ability to give attention to detail
High level of responsibility
Ability to work under pressure without tolerance for errors
Language Proficiency in at least two of the three official Languages of the Western Cape (English, Afrikaans and Xhosa).
