This role is not just your Normal Administrative Role. This is your Opportunity to assist a World Class Sales team to close the loop on Sales processes and to ensure Customer Experience gets prioritized. You will work closely with the Sales Team and the Sales Manager to ensure that internal processes are being adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
Drawing up of proposals, presentations, and tender response requirements as and when required.
Facilitate the collection and compilation of outstanding information relating to sales file for internal processing, file handover, installation and billing of services.
Client liaison relating to acceptance of contract, generation of sales "Welcome pack", feedback to the KAM / Sales Manager where applicable on insufficient information.
Implement and maintain measurement tools to monitor turnaround times on inter departmental requests including but not limited to Feasibility Requests, Proposal Requests, Submissions to Revenue Assurance, Sales on Hold, cancellations and Credit Requests.
Assist in the general administrative functions required from their respective teams / Sales resources.
