Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrator Service Advisor.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in a customer service or administrative role.


Responsibilities:


Interact with clients in person, over the phone, and via email to schedule service appointments
Provide status updates to clients on their service appointments and answer any questions or concerns they may have
Maintain accurate records of all service appointments, including client information, vehicle details, and service provided
Coordinate with the service department to ensure that all appointments are scheduled efficiently and completed in a timely manner
Process payments and handle billing inquiries with customers
Assist with resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with the service team to ensure the overall success of the department


Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Automotive industry experience is a plus
