Efficiently answer inbound technical calls, ask targeted diagnostic questions, and decipher customer descriptions to identify the root cause of product malfunctions (e.g., error codes, connectivity issues, mechanical failures).
Walk customers patiently through step-by-step remote solutions using interactive troubleshooting guides, product manuals, and internal knowledge bases.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂWarranty Verification: Review customer purchase receipts and warranty terms to determine if a repair or replacement is covered under the company's policy.
Utilize video-assistance tools (where available) to visually inspect the appliance via the customer's smartphone camera to pinpoint physical defects or incorrect installation.
PS: APPLICANTS MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOME APPLIANCES OR HAVE WORKED IN AN HOME APPLIANCE INDUSTRY.
