Apartment Manager

About the Role We are seeking a responsible, organised, and customer-focused Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of a serviced apartment and ensure excellent guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and enquiries. Ensure apartments are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests. Supervise housekeeping and other support staff. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally. Coordinate maintenance and repairs when necessary. Monitor supplies, inventory, expenses, and daily operations. Maintain operational records and submit reports to management. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Requirements OND, HND, or Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in hotel management, apartment management, hospitality, or a similar role. Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to supervise staff, solve problems, and work independently. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Must be reliable, professional, and well-presented. Willingness to reside on the property when required.
