Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) is required.
Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) is highly desirable.
A Master's Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Sustainable Design, Housing Development, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Professional certifications in Project Management, Sustainable Building Design, Smart City Development, Green Building, or related disciplines will be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 - 10 years of proven professional experience in architectural design, housing development, estate development, and construction projects.
Demonstrated experience in the design and supervision of residential estates, housing schemes, mixed-use developments, or large-scale community development projects.
Strong knowledge of building design, site planning, sustainable architecture, universal accessibility standards, and construction documentation.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3D Max, or similar applications
