Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Estate Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is required.
Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) is highly desirable.
Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of housing development, real estate projects, and social housing initiatives will be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 - 10 years of proven professional experience in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction project administration.
Demonstrated experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects.
