Responsibilities


Oversee and manage the performance of Territory Managers and Senior Sales Executives across assigned regions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to assigned market territories.
Drive the achievement of a ₦400 Million monthly sales target** across the region.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management support to Territory Managers and their teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and sales initiatives.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, market insights, and business activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing sales teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong business development and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
