Area Manager

Responsibilities Supervising and evaluating onsite security supervisors and guards across multiple branches or contract locations. Managing personnel schedules, rotation planning, and coordinating guard deployment to eliminate coverage gaps. Recruiting, onboarding, and training security officers on localized emergency response protocols and equipment use conducting frequent site visits and random checks to ensure security teams are active, in uniform, and adhering to strict protocol. Performing regular physical security audits and risk assessments to find vulnerabilities in access control or boundary lines. Investigating security breaches, property damage, or internal theft, and delivering findings to senior leadership. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, facility managers, and local business leaders within the assigned territory.
