Responsibilities


Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets for tyres products.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives across the territory.
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure product availability and visibility within the assigned region.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience in the automobile or FMCG sector (mandatory).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive market.
Must be resident or willing to relocate to preferred location.
