Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify potential new customers and develop strategies to acquire their business.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Promptly report any customer complaints or grievances conveyed to you.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.


Sales and Business Development:


Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories or accounts.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Present and demonstrate our product offerings to potential customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing materials.


Market Analysis and Reporting:


Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve products and services.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.


Product Knowledge and Training:


Develop a deep understanding of our product line, features, and benefits.
Train and educate customers on product offerings, including ingredients, allergens, and nutritional information.
Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitive offerings.


Team Collaboration:


Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings, sales training sessions, and company events.


Requirements


Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND in relevant fields with 2- 7 years work experience.
Experience in Sales of Snacks and Confectionaries is an added advantage.
