Job Summary
The Art Director / Graphic Designer (Mid-Level) is responsible for conceptualising and executing visually compelling designs that support client marketing objectives across digital platforms.
This role requires a strong balance of creative thinking and hands-on design execution.
The role involves developing creative concepts, designing campaign assets, and collaborating with copywriters, media, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality, engaging visual content for multiple brands.
Main Areas of Responsibility
Creative Concept Development:
Collaborate with copywriters and creative team to develop campaign ideas and concepts
Translate briefs into strong, compelling visual solutions
Develop creative directions aligned with client brand guidelines.
Design Execution:
Design high-quality visuals for campaigns, Display ads and banners, Websites and landing pages, Email marketing, Pitch presentations and marketing collateral
Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistency in visual identity across all campaigns
Maintain high creative and design standards
Collaboration:
Work closely with Copywriters, Media team, Strategy team, Account managers
Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe After Effects (Important)
Adobe Premiere Pro (Optional but preferred).

Experience/Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency
