Job Purpose


We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and deepen intermediary relationships across the Western Cape. This role is central to executing our channel development strategy, expanding Nedgroup Investments' reach through new and existing initiatives, and contributing to business growth in line with broader Nedbank strategic objectives.


Job Responsibilities


Grow assets under management through strong, trusted intermediary relationships across the region.
Develop and execute regional business development plans aligned to distribution priorities and growth objectives.
Present investment solutions, market insights and business opportunities to advisers and investors with confidence and credibility.
Educate and support intermediaries on products, processes and investment strategies to enable better client outcomes.
Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and initiatives that expand market reach.
Partner closely with investment, marketing and service teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
Regular engagements with fund managers.
Develop technical marketing skills.
Consistently achieve and exceed agreed sales and growth objectives.


Essential Qualifications - NQF Level


Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees


Preferred Qualification


Degree in Business / Finance / Investments (e.g. B.Comm ), CFP Qualification.


Preferred Certifications


Commercial Financial Planning


Minimum Experience Level



Minimum 5 years working experience as a Sales Manager, working with intermediaries in an Asset Management industry.
