We're looking for a proactive, data-driven Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, growth, and market impact. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns, analyze performance, and ensure consistent brand excellence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Support brand planning, campaign development, and go-to-market execution.
Coordinate with creative, digital, sales, and agency partners to deliver brand assets and activations.
Monitor category trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Track brand and campaign performance, preparing regular reports and recommendations.
Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder updates to ensure smooth project delivery.
Contribute to packaging, product innovation, and brand experience projects.
What We're Looking For
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1 - 3 years' experience in brand, marketing, or commercial roles (FMCG experience is a plus).
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools and reporting.
Creative thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.
Agile, collaborative, and eager to learn.
