As our Brand Manager, you will own the end-to-end brand strategy, from insight to execution. You will lead brand plans, grow market share, strengthen brand equity, and deliver exceptional consumer experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute annual brand plans that drive growth and profitability.
Lead ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store campaign strategy and execution.
Conduct continuous market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance to deliver brand objectives.
Manage budgets efficiently and ensure high ROI on marketing activities.
Track brand performance and generate actionable insights and reports.
Collaborate with agencies on creative development and media strategy.


What We're Looking For


Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
4 - 6 years' experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG.
Strong analytical skills with a passion for consumer insights and data-driven decision making.
Proven experience managing campaigns, innovation projects, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
