Develop the business plan in line with the strategic objectives of the department. Facilitate Recruitment and Selection Processes, Facilitate and coordinate conditions of services and benefits, Develop and maintain establishment spreadsheet. Coordinate HR Planning and Reporting. Facilitate and monitor training and development programmes. Facilitate and monitor Performance Management and Development system.


Prerequisites


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Knowledge of Public Service Regulations, Public Service Acts, policies and procedures. Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: An appropriate qualification at NQF level 6 or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management / Development / Industrial Psychology Public Administration / Management as recognised by SAQA. A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience at supervisory / Junior Management level. valid motor vehicle driver's license (with the exception of persons with disabilities.
