We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Assistant Manager to assist with daily operations, staff supervision and the achievement of customer service, sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and team supervision
Maintain excellent customer service and store presentation
Manage stock, cash control and shift planning
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Motivate and lead the team towards achieving operational and sales targets
Respond to site call-outs when required, including alarm activations at any time of day or night
Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric
Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
Minimum 1 - 2 years' supervisory or management experience
Previous retail or hospitality experience
Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable and comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment
