Summary
PRL Limited is looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
Supervise, coach, and motivate the store team to drive performance and development.
Oversee daily store operations, including team deployment, opening and closing procedures, and operational standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer concerns professionally.
Monitor inventory, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and compliance.
Support sales campaigns, promotions, product launches, and other commercial initiatives.
Act on behalf of the Store Manager when required to ensure continuity of operations.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory, senior sales, or team lead role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and supporting retail operations.
Good knowledge of customer service, inventory management, and retail processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Commercially aware, results-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
