Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years' experience with food manufacturing equipment, dairy experience preferred
Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge
Hands-on experience with rotary fillers, shrink wrappers, conveyors, and yoghurt fillers
Knowledge of food safety standards, such as HACCP is beneficial
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to relocate to Mpumalanga
Key Responsibilities
Assist with maintaining, repairing, and servicing dairy packaging machinery
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults to minimise production downtime
Support and adhere to preventative maintenance schedules
Collaborate with senior technicians and production teams on daily operations
Ensure all work complies with food safety and hygiene standards
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Work shifts, overtime, and call-out duties as required
