Position Overview:
This position is responsible for helping implement MRI's Horizon and ProLease Enterprise property and lease management solutions for new clients, as well as work for existing clients, throughout EMEA.
Working alongside an MRI Project Manager and Lead Implementation Consultant, the successful candidate will participate in both internal and external meetings, and take guidance from the internal team. This person must be a team player as there are many key stakeholders across the MRI business that work together towards successful implementations.
We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in theÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂï Cape Town office.ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂï
Please note, the successful candidate will be required to work UK hours, 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, and therefore will be able to take leave on UK public holidays in place of recognised South African public holidays.
Key areas of responsibility are:
Work under instruction from the MRI project team to execute tasks such as data entry into the MRI solution, into one of the data migration tools), and the basic manipulation of this data - either manually or using tools - to get it into the right format for data entry.
Completing configuration of the MRI solution based on decisions made by the client and as guided by the Lead Implementation Consultant
Executing and recording the results of test plans being run on behalf of the client in the MRI solution
Accompany the Lead Implementation Consultant in workshops and provide assistance such as circulating workshop actions, helping complete those actions, chasing client actions etc.
Requirements:
Some experience in business, with an understanding of the software implementation lifecycle advantageous
Property and lease management experience is desirable but not essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of how AI can help in the workplace and a strong willingness to harness and learn about AI as it develops to improve stakeholder (MRI and client) outcomes
Ability to reason logically and provide innovative solutions
Good problem-solving skills and tenacity to resolve them
Strong professionalism and customer satisfaction orientation
Work across several different projects and therefore the ability to juggle different pieces of work, to meet time estimates, and seek prioritisation or other guidance when required
High initiative, self-motivation and enthusiasm, both when working solo and as part of a team
Work with a varied number of clients in different specialised sectors, and different internal teams at MRI
