JOB SUMMARY
The Associate will take ownership of deeper research tasks, assist in portfolio construction, and liaise with internal teams to support investment strategies. This role bridges analytical work and stakeholder-facing responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct detailed market and sector analysis to identify investment opportunities.
Prepare investment briefs and recommendations for review.
Track portfolio performance and assist in implementing rebalancing strategies.
Prepare client-ready reports and presentations.
Support client meetings with research insights and performance updates.
Work with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics and other related courses.
Professional certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar qualification (ACS, ACA, etc.), will be desirable.
3 years+ professional experience in investment research, portfolio management, or financial analysis.
Ability to conduct extensive data research.
High level of curiosity, sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent analytical skills and research techniques.
Highly organised and detail-oriented with proven ability to multitask.
Capable of communicating and expressing ideas clearly & concisely, in both written & oral formats.
