The Associate Software Engineer is responsible for supporting the development, testing, and deployment of software applications using Java or .NET Core frameworks. The role provides hands-on exposure to software design, coding, troubleshooting, and documentation under supervision. Key Responsibilities
Software Development
Participate in developing and maintaining applications using Java or .NET Core frameworks.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code under supervision of senior engineers.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Assist in preparing software test cases and scenarios.
Support implementation of software testing to identify and resolve functional or performance issues.
Error Reporting & Resolution
Receive and document client-reported issues.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in collaboration with the QA and development teams.
Requirement Analysis
Support in gathering, interpreting, and documenting client requirements and technical specifications.
Participate in discussions to understand client needs and translate them into actionable tasks.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate technical documentation, including change logs and testing reports.
Prepare status reports on assigned development and testing activities.
Collaboration & Learning
Work closely with senior developers and project teams to complete assigned tasks.
Continuously enhance technical skills and stay updated on software development best practices.
Client Support & Deployment Assistance
Support implementation and deployment activities as required.
Be willing to travel for project-related assignments both locally and internationally.
Qualification
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), or MCA.
0 - 1 year of experience in software development or internship in a similar field.
Proficiency in Java or .NET Core programming.
Understanding of database concepts, object-oriented programming, and debugging techniques.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel and work on global client projects.
