Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and attentive Waiter to join our hotel's Food & Beverage team.
The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests, and support smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, take food and drink orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
Check in with guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and respond to any additional requests.
Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area.
Process bills, handle cash/card payments, and issue receipts accurately.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other wait staff to ensure smooth service.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food and beverages.
Assist with setting up dining areas for events, banquets, or special occasions.
Report any guest complaints or service issues to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role (hospitality experience is preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic arithmetic skills for handling orders and payments.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
