Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-organized Front Office Personnel to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records and billing.
Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, transportation, and dining options.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and room availability.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Operate the hotel's front office systems (PMS) and maintain updated data.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and prepare shift reports accurately.
Uphold hotel policies, grooming standards, and service quality at all times.
