We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Automobile Sales Manager to lead and grow its vehicle sales operations.
As a vehicle distributor, Honda markets and sells vehicles through its dealer network, and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, supervising dealer operations, strengthening customer and dealer relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery across the sales value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Supervise, support, and manage dealer operations to ensure alignment with company sales objectives and standards.
Lead and coordinate sales activities across the dealer network to maximise vehicle sales performance.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, corporate customers, and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and market trends to enhance market penetration.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, market analyses, and business performance reviews.
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with dealers to increase vehicle sales and brand visibility.
Address customer and dealer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and ethical sales practices.
Collaborate with finance, logistics, after-sales, and other departments to improve overall business performance.

Qualification Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years or more experience in automobile sales and business development.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the automotive industry.
Experience working with vehicle distributors, dealerships, or dealer networks will be an added advantage.
