Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automobile Sales Supervisor to support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations and driving sales target achievement.
As a vehicle distributor, Honda markets and sells vehicles through its dealer network.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, supporting dealer operations, monitoring performance, maintaining customer and dealer relationships, and ensuring accurate sales reporting.
The role also requires strong Microsoft Excel skills to manage and analyse Niguri-related data and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the sales team and dealer network.
Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to sales representatives and dealers.
Assist in implementing sales strategies, dealer development activities, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure timely follow-up on customer enquiries, sales leads, and dealer requests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Manage and analyze Niguri-related reports and sales data using Microsoft Excel.
Monitor inventory levels and vehicle availability across the dealer network.
Resolve customer and dealer concerns professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and reporting requirements.
Support the Sales Manager in achieving departmental goals and business objectives.
Identify market opportunities and provide feedback on customer and dealer requirements.

Team sales target achievement.

Lead conversion rates.
Customer and dealer satisfaction scores.
Accuracy and timeliness of Niguri and sales reports.

Qualification Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in automobile sales, automotive business development, or related sales operations.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience working with automobile distributors, dealerships, or dealer networks will be an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
