Baker

Responsibilities Prepare and bake bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, pies, and other baked products. Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to recipes. Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough-processing machines. Monitor baking temperatures and timing to ensure consistent product quality. Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer specifications. Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery, including work surfaces, utensils, and equipment. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety regulations Work collaboratively with other bakery staff to meet production targets and deadlines.
