Our client is seeking to hire a skilled and reliable Baker to support their upcoming kiosk and shop operations in Nairobi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on baking experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other bakery products according to standard recipes
Ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of baked products daily
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the baking area
Proper handling and storage of baking ingredients and finished products
Adhere to production schedules and daily output targets
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role
Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
Ability to work early hours and meet production deadlines
Good hygiene and attention to detail
