Our client is looking to hire a customer-focused Barista to support their kiosk and shop operations in Nairobi. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beverages, customer service, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve hot and iced coffees, teas, espresso-based drinks, milkshakes, mojitos, matcha, and other cold beverages
Provide excellent customer service and handle orders efficiently
Upsell products and promote menu items
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming kiosk environment
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage presentation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
