Job Description
Income Growth and Financial Targets:
Ensure a deep understanding of the client's working capital cycle and business needs to provide appropriate conventional and Islamic financing solutions. Drive achievement of targets as per the individual scorecard.
Customer Focus:
Proactively drive acquisition and cross-sell initiatives through re-engagement processes, including Islamic banking offerings where relevant. Ensure service and complaint resolution are within acceptable service level agreements.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, quality standards, and Islamic banking governance and Shariah compliance frameworks, where applicable.
Collaboration:
Constantly seek to improve ways of working by challenging the status quo and supporting an empowering climate within the team. Share knowledge, experience, and best practices, including Islamic banking principles and solutions, and provide constructive feedback as required.
Education
Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
