Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of all bar outlets within the resort
Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar supervisors to 5-Star service standards
Develop creative cocktail menus and oversee premium beverage offerings
Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized and attentive service
Manage inventory, ordering, cost control, and supplier relationships
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Monitor budgets, sales performance, and profitability
Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage and Events teams
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar role within a luxury hotel or 5-Star resort
Degree or diploma in any hospitality related courses
Experience Length: 2 Years
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and current industry trends
Exceptional guest service and communication skills
Experience with stock control, budgeting, and reporting
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
Professional appearance and a passion for luxury service
