Key Responsibilities:
Train learners in classic and modern cocktail preparation, garnishing, and professional beverage service.
Teach bar operations, hygiene standards, stock control, and customer service excellence.
Demonstrate correct use of bar tools, equipment and mixology methods.
Assess learner competencies and maintain training records.
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Mixology, Bartending, Beverage Service
Professional training in Mixology/Bartending or related field is highly desirable.
Experience as a bartender or mixologist.
Creative, energetic, and excellent at demonstrating practical skills.
