Key Responsibilities:
Train leaners in Front Office, Housekeeping and food & Beverage
Prepare lesson plans, Schemes of work and training content,
Keep accurate training records of all learners
Conduct assessment and evaluation of learner's performance and support their professional development.
Requirements:
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience in hotel operations and training.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
