Job Duties:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Take and serve food and beverage orders professionally
Deliver exceptional guest service at all times
Maintain bar cleanliness and ensure hygiene standards are met
Manage bar stock and assist with stock control
Work closely with kitchen and hospitality staff to ensure smooth service
Ensure guests enjoy a professional and welcoming experience
Requirements:
Previous bar experience essential
Hospitality experience essential
3-5 years relevant experience within a professional restaurant or 4/5 Star Hotel / Lodge.
Waitering experience in a lodge, hotel, or restaurant environment
Good knowledge of beverages and basic wine service
Well-presented and professional
Strong guest service and communication skills
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Comfortable working in a remote bush environment
