Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving drinks, taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Take food and drink orders and serve guests promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining area.
Handle payments and issue bills accurately.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Comply with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality (preferred).
Previous experience in bartending or waiting service is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
