Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor with strong knowledge of both kitchen operations and service to oversee daily restaurant activities and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day restaurant, kitchen, and service operations
Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met
Supervise, train, and schedule service and kitchen staff
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Enforce hygiene, food safety, health, and safety standards
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and control wastage
Oversee cash handling, shift handovers, and basic reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Experience
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a restaurant supervisory role
Good understanding of kitchen operations and front-of-house service
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
