Duties:
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages efficiently and accurately
Maintain high standards of product knowledge and presentation
Work effectively under pressure during busy periods
Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
Requirements:
3-5 years relevant experience in a professional restaurant, 4/5-star hotel, or lodge
Proven ability to work swiftly and efficiently under pressure
Strong product knowledge and customer service skills
Previous experience with Micros or similar POS systems is advantageous
Familiarity with the following:
High-end hospitality standards
Bar and beverage preparation techniques
