Qualifications & Experience
O-Level Certificate
Certificate in Food & Beverage from a recognized college
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Well-groomed with excellent customer service skills
Warm, engaging personality and a team player
Key Responsibilities
Courteously meet, greet, and seat guests
Engage guests and assist with order selection
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure seamless service
Promote hotel services beyond food and beverage
Assist with bill settlement and explain payment methods
Collect guest feedback to help improve service quality
